We host one client at a time, which means that you’ll have access to our entire Wellspire facility on the day of your event. Our rental rate includes use of our in-house furniture, so you’ll feel right at home.


The Lounge

The Wellspire Lounge is our largest and most popular gathering room. Featuring retractable skylights and mixed seating options, this space optimizes focus and comfort.


Trainings, team meetings, workshops, corporate cocktail parties, luncheons and dinners.

How large is Wellspire’s facility and what is
the capacity?

The entire Wellspire facility is about 7,500 square feet. The Wellspire lounge is 3,300 square feet, the Boardroom is 170 square feet and the Private Office is 170 square feet. The capacity in the Wellspire Lounge is 200 standing and 120 seated at tables.

What is included in the rental rate?

Please note that our policies strictly forbid glitter and confetti. If you would like assistance in ordering any decorative items (i.e. balloon walls) please contact a Wellspire staff member.

Where do I park?
Included in our rental rate, Wellspire offers 25 parking spots in two parking lots to the front and side of our building. Please be mindful that we share our front lot with our neighbors. Available Wellspire spots are marked with signs with our name and logo. 

We offer options for overflow parking by request. If you have a large group, please contact Caroline@WellspireCenter.com for more information on securing overflow parking. 

I’m coming from out of town. Do you have any recommended hotels? 
There are two hotels within walking distance of Wellspire: The Thompson Hotel and The Marriott Fairfield Inn and Suites. Wellspire is happy to provide a special corporate rate for event attendees, which you can access by sharing our name with the hotel staff when you make your reservation.

Do you have a food and beverage minimum?
Wellspire will handle all of your food and beverage needs. Unlike many hotels and venues, Wellspire does not have a food and beverage minimum or a preferred vendor list, giving you unlimited options when it comes to your menu and budget. 

Can I bring my own alcohol? 
Yes. Please note that we require an ABC licensed and insured bartender to serve any and all alcoholic beverages. 

Is your audio-visual package included in the rental rate? What’s included?
Yes, use of our standard AV system is covered in your rental rate and includes: 
+   4 large LCD TV displays
+   1 drop-down overhead projector
+   Option for HDMI or VGA input
     3 professional, wireless handheld 
     microphones. One handheld can be traded
     for one Countryman Headset microphone. 
+   Surround sound ceiling speakers throughout

How many hours are included in the rate? 
Wellspire’s daily rental rate period includes up to 10 consecutive hours of time onsite. This includes any setup or rental drop off windows before your event start time, as well as any load out or rental pickup windows after your event wraps. Additional time in the space is available by request and at an additional hourly charge.

Do you offer hourly rental rates?
No, Wellspire only offers daily rental rates. 

Can I arrive earlier or depart later than the time specified in my contract?
We ask that you arrive and depart according to the exact times specified in your contract. Should you require changes to your arrival and/or departure times, please inform a Wellspire team member so that we can keep our event staff updated if we are able to accommodate the request. Depending on your contract and event timeline, there may be a charge associated with extra time in the facility. 

Do you offer valet parking?
Wellspire partners with a professional valet company to offer valet services upon request. For groups of 50 or more, we strongly recommend that you provide valet parking for ease of experience.

Can you hold my date?
Yes. In order to hold your dates, we require a deposit, which is the full venue rental fee.

Is furniture included in my rental? 
Yes. With your rental, you have full access to Wellspire’s furniture. Please click here for a full list of Wellspire’s onsite furniture.

Can we bring in rental furniture?
Yes. Wellspire is happy to coordinate rentals through our rental partners. Please let a Wellspire staff member know if you’re interested in renting additional furniture for your event.
